③ Check whether the oil level of the gasoline engine and the transmission case is between the upper and lower lines of the oil dipstick.
④ Timely remove the dirt, weeds and oil on the whole machine and accessories.
First-level maintenance (every 150 hours of work).
① All contents of maintenance for each shift shall be carried out.
② Clean the transmission box and replace the oil.
③ Check and debug the clutch, shift system and reverse gear system.
Secondary maintenance (every 800 hours of work).
① All contents of maintenance shall be carried out for every 150 hours of work.
② Check all the gears and bearings, such as serious wear, please replace the new parts.
③ Rotary tillage blades or connecting bolts are added to other parts of the tillage machine. If there is any damage, please replace the new parts.
4. In order to prevent burns or fire, let the engine cool down before storing it indoors.
5. Do not flush the engine with water to prevent water from entering the cylinder through the air filter and muffler, thereby causing damage to the engine.
Please do not store the machine in a place with high humidity to avoid rust.
7. Keep the engine level to avoid fuel and lubricating oil leakage due to tilt.
8. Turn off the fuel switch to avoid leakage.
9. After the engine and exhaust parts are cooled, use a cover to protect the engine cover from dust. Do not cover the engine with plastic cloth.
10. If all the gasoline volatilizes in the process, please add fresh gasoline. The gasoline stored for a long time will be oxidized and deteriorated, resulting in difficulty in starting the engine.
11. Store the machine in a ventilated, dry and safe place indoors.
